By accessing or purchasing from Sync & Style (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Sync & Style provides digital wedding invitation templates. All products are digital goods delivered instantly upon payment. Templates are licensed for personal, single-wedding use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or sublicensed.

All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment is required in full before access is granted.

All templates, designs, graphics, and code remain the intellectual property of Sync & Style. Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the template for your own wedding invitation. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the underlying code or design.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your login details or allow others to access your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts found to be misused.

You are solely responsible for any photos, music, or text you upload to your invitation. By uploading content, you confirm you have the rights to use it. We are not liable for copyright infringement arising from user-uploaded content.

Sync & Style shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our platform, including loss of data or service interruptions. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant template.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Karnataka, India.
